Position Summary

Alpha X is a leader in Industrial AI, born from the ultra-high-precision world of Semiconductor Manufacturing. We are currently executing a massive strategic pivot: democratizing our proprietary technology into a scalable, universal "Smart Factory" SaaS Platform for the global manufacturing sector.

As a Backend Engineer, you aren’t just writing code; you are the architect of the "Operating System" for the next generation of factories. You will transform complex industrial requirements into high-performance, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Architecture: Design and develop the core back-end logic for our global SaaS ecosystem using Java and Spring Boot.

  • Strategic Pivot Support: Work on the transition from bespoke industrial solutions to a multi-tenant, scalable cloud platform.

  • Technical Excellence: Own the full lifecycle of feature development. From database schema design (MySQL/PostgreSQL) to API documentation and system optimization.

  • Cross-Border Collaboration: Act as a critical technical bridge, collaborating daily with our China R&D centers and local Product teams to drive rapid iterations.

  • Reliability: Ensure system stability and performance as we scale our "Smart Factory" footprint across the region.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • The Java Specialist: You have 3+ years of professional experience in Java development. You live and breathe Spring Boot.

  • Distributed Systems Thinker: You have hands-on experience with message middleware like Kafka or RocketMQ and understand how to handle high-concurrency data.

  • Database Architect: You are expert in MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle and know how to design schemas that last.

  • Bilingual Communicator: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is essential, as you will be collaborating closely with our expert engineering teams in China.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

  • Familiarity with Dubbo or other microservices frameworks.

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or AI/Large Language Model (LLM) engineering.

  • A background in Semiconductor or Industrial software systems.
