1. Our Service

AX Trace provides AI-powered tools for:

• Data traceability

• Document processing

• Compliance support

• Chatbots

The service is provided on a “best-effort” basis.

2. Your Responsibilities

You must:

• Use the service legally

• Upload only data you have the right to use

• Keep your login secure

• Not misuse or attack the platform

3. Data Ownership

You own your uploaded data.
AX Trace only processes it to provide the service.

4. AI Disclaimer

AI results may be incorrect or incomplete.
You must verify all outputs before using them for business, legal, or compliance purposes.

5. Security

We use cloud security controls and monitoring aligned with Singapore cybersecurity standards, but no system is 100% risk-free.

6. Suspension

We may suspend accounts that:

• Break the law

• Abuse the system

• Create security risks

7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Singapore law, Alpha X is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or AI errors.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
