Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue for Alpha X’s factory automation and industrial AI solutions while maintaining disciplined pipeline hygiene.

  • Identify, prioritize and develop new business opportunities, strategic accounts and channel partnerships.

  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned opportunities from qualification to handover, ensuring clear commercial scopes and executable commitments.

  • Lead customer engagements and establish trusted relationships with stakeholders.

  • Support marketing activities, events and roadshows to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.

  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to inform product positioning and strategy.

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company as and when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.

  • Minimum 7 years’ sales or presales experience in high-tech, manufacturing automation, industrial software or related solutions.

  • Proven track record selling solution-based offerings to manufacturing customers.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation and commercial acumen.

  • Comfortable with technical discussions and able to bridge business and technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or other regional languages is an added advantage.

  • Willing to travel (domestic or international) as required.
