Position Summary

As the Sales Operations & Strategy Manager, you will be the "Engine Room" of our Malaysia growth. You aren’t just tracking numbers; you are optimizing our entire go-to-market machine. You will partner directly with the Sales Manager and Regional Leadership to turn market data into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Optimization: Identify high-growth segments in the Malaysian manufacturing sector and align sales efforts to capture them.

  • Sales Enablement: Transform our "Semicon-grade" tech into winning sales playbooks, ensuring the team has the tools to beat the competition.

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Own the "Truth." Manage the CRM, forecast accuracy, and provide the management team with the "Why" behind the "What."

  • Cross-Functional Bridge: Work across borders with our Singapore HQ and China R&D to ensure Malaysia’s market needs are reflected in our product roadmap.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 4+ years in Sales Ops, Commercial Strategy, or Biz Ops (preferably in SaaS/Tech/Industrial).

  • Analytical Muscle: Expert in Excel/CRM; if you can build a dashboard that tells a story, we want you.

  • The "Closer" Mindset: You understand the B2B sales cycle. You don't just report on stalled deals; you suggest ways to revive them.

  • Bilingual: Fluency in English and Mandarin is a strong advantage for regional collaboration.
